All credit card purchases will be processed through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required, you may feel free to use the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover  or American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.


Domestic Shipping Services and Deliver Times  by  administrator
Normal Ground Service estimated regional delivery times are as follows:

WESTERN USA – 1 to 3 business days*
CENTRAL USA – 3 to 5 business days*
EASTERN USA – 5 to 7 business days*
CANADA – 7 to 15 business days*

INTERNATIONAL – 4 to 8 weeks**

Refunds and Exchanges

QG3 Speed will gladly accept returns under these guidelines: Unused, uninstalled items, or items determined to be defective, may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Some specialty items such as superchargers, hoods, running boards, and etc., are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for ALL freight charges incurred with all returns or exchanges. You must call or email QG3 Speed in order to be processed for a return.

It is the customer’s responsibility to see to it that any item returned to QG3 Speed is insured to protect from loss. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the carrier, NOT with QG3 Speed. Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered, will not be "tracked down" and are not the responsibility of QG3 Speed. Returns are subject to restocking fees up to 20% of your purchase price. All fees/charges QG3 Speed incurs for returns will be passed onto the customer. These fees are in addition to all applicable restocking fees. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped fall under the return guidelines stated within.

When a product is returned to QG3 Speed under false pretenses (i.e., a claim of manufacturer defect, incomplete part, product does not fit, etc.) the customer will be charged all applicable restocking/re-boxing fees. The customer will also be responsible for paying all charges and fees for the return of the product to the manufacturer or distributor. Keep in mind, some specialty items such as superchargers, hoods; running boards, and etc., are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. If for whatever reason a specialty item is returned to QG3 Speed, it will be held at our facility until the customer agrees to pay for ALL re-boxing and shipping & handling fees back to them. All returns that are left unclaimed for more than 30 days will be destroyed.

International Shipping Powered by Bongo Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping cart, choose the “International Customers...Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs, as well as, duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
